01. (Through Hybrid Mode)
1. This CRLMP has been filed for a direction to the Opposite Party No.3 to take necessary steps for proper investigation and submit the charge-sheet and to arrest the FIR named persons in connection with Astaranga Marine P.S. Case No.17 dated 02.06.2025.
2. Mr. S.K. Rout, learned Additional Standing Counsel produces the instructions dated 30.05.2026 of the IIC, Astarang Marine Police Station where it is stated that notice under Section
35(3) of the BNSS has been ‘slapped’ on Biranchi Maharana to compel his presence before the Court and after completion of the investigation, Charge-sheet No.4 dated 18.02.2026 has been submitted against Biranchi Maharana under Sections 318(4)/351(2)/351(4) of the BNS.
3. In view of the above development, no direction is required to be issued in the CRLMP, which is accordingly disposed of.
