01.
1. The I.A. has been filed for change of nomenclature of the case from RPFAM to CRLMP.
2. Referring to the Stamp Report dated 01.06.2026, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that defect has been pointed out regarding nomenclature. The matter should be registered as CRLMP, hence the prayer for change.
3. Prayer made in the I.A. is allowed. The petition is favoured and disposed of.
4. The petitioner shall take steps to carry out the necessary change in the application.
5. The Registry shall do the needful.
