ORDER

22.06.2026

02.

1. The writ petition challenging the order of transfer stood dismissed by the Single Bench as the ground made out in the writ petition does not appear to be legally sustainable.

2. The writ petitioner has challenged the said order in the instant appeal on multiple grounds including that the authority ought to have shown a sympathetic approach as the father of the writ petitioner suffers from serious ailments and the writ petitioner being the only caregiver.

3. At the time of hearing, learned Deputy Solicitor General of India appearing for the Union of India hands over a document, which reveals that the writ petitioner after filing the instant appeal, joined the transferred post without any demur and/or objection having raised in this regard.

4. Since the writ petitioner has joined the transferred post, we do not find any interference with the impugned order. Accordingly, the

writ appeal is dismissed. As a result of disposal of the writ appeal, all pending Interlocutory Application(s) shall stand disposed of.
