1. None appeared for the Petitioner when the matter was called in the first hour so it was passed over. When the matter is called after recess, none appears on behalf of the Petitioner.
2. This CRLMP has been filed to direct the Opposite Parties for registration of the FIR as well as for taking legal action against the accused persons for commission of offences punishable under Sections 318, 316(2), 351(3), 118(2), 3(5) of BNS.
3. Perused the CRLMP and annextures.
4. Since the Petitioner has alternate remedy under Section 175(3) of BNSS, the CRLMP is disposed of granting him liberty to avail the alternate remedy, if he so advised.
5. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
