CRLMP No.684 of 2026 and I.A. No.149 of 2026
1. I.A. No.149 of 2026 has been filed for withdrawal of the CRLMP. A Memo dated 29.05.2026 has also been filed stating as follows:
“Due to some inadvertent typographical error in the present application, the matter could not be properly adjudicated. Further, in its present form, it is not possible to cure the defects effectively.
Therefore, the Petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the present application with liberty to file a better application.”
2. Hence, the CRLMP is disposed of as withdrawn granting the liberty as prayed for.
3. It is made clear that this Court has not gone into the merits of the case of the Petitioner in the CRLMP.
