01. I.A. No.10203 of 2026 & W.P. (C) No.12604 of 2026
1. The matter is taken up in virtual mode.
2. This matter has been listed for orders under the heading “Withdrawal” by way of filing the aforesaid I.A. with the following prayer: “The petitioner, therefore, prays that this Hon’ble Court may graciously be pleased to allow the petitioner to withdraw the writ petition; And pass such other order or orders as this Hon’ble Court deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case; And for this act of your honour’s kindness, the petitioner as in duty bound, shall ever pray.”
3. Though we have reservations regarding taking up the matter for withdrawal during vacation being mentioned as urgent, in view of the innocuous prayer made, we have taken up the matter. Learned Government Advocate has no objection if the writ petition is withdrawn.
