ORDER

02.06.2026

11.

1. The matter is taken up in virtual mode.

2. The matter has been listed for orders under the heading ‘Withdrawal’.

3. Since the matter relates to Outsourcing of Housekeeping Services at Govt. Health Institutions vide RFP Reference Nos: Nirmal/Housekeeping/ Kalahandi/245, dated 19.01.2024, the matter is listed having been mentioned on behalf of the petitioner.

4. The matter was earlier taken up before the assigned coordinate Bench on several dates.

5. On being asked regarding the urgency of the matter being listed for withdrawal, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has participated in the tender process, which is yet to be finalized and he does not want to pursue the litigation.

Though we have reservations regarding taking up the matter for withdrawal during the vacation being mentioned as urgent, in view of the innocuous prayer made we have taken up the matter. On being asked the learned Government Advocate appearing for opposite party nos.1, 3 and 4 submits that he has no objection if the matter is permitted to be withdrawn. Learned counsel appearing for opposite party no.2 also takes similar stand that he has no objection if the matter is permitted to withdrawn.

6. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of as withdrawn.
