ORDER
29.05.2026 Order No.
01.
1. This matter is taken up through Virtual Mode.
2. The petitioner in this writ application prays for the following reliefs: “It is, therefore, prayed that Your Lordships would be graciously pleased to admit this writ application, call for the records in G.R. case No.103/2026 from the Learned S.D.J.M., Cuttack and after hearing the petitioner or direct for supply of the rejection order, Forwarding Report, Charge Sheet and order sheet for moving BLAPL before Ld. Session’s Judge, affording justice to petitioner; And for this act of kindness, petitioners shall as in duty bound ever pray.”
3. In course of hearing, attention of learned counsel for the petitioner was drawn to the order dated 11.05.2026 (Annexure-2) passed by the Coordinate Bench in D-WPCRL No.8426 of 2026.
4. Hence, Mr. Routray, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the writ petition to avail remedy in appropriate
forum.
5. In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
