ORDER

22.05.2026 Hybrid Mode

01. 1. The petitioner alleges non-compliance of the order dated 25.01.2022 passed in W.P.(C) No.1791 of 2022.

2. The matter is listed for orders. The learned counsel for the petitioner at the beginning of the day’s proceeding mentions and refers to the memo dated 18.05.2026, which states thus: “The petitioner inadvertently, filed the contempt petition describing as 1st contempt in place of 2nd contempt. Hence, the petitioner wants to withdraw the contempt petition with liberty to file better application.” (sic)

3. Accordingly, the contempt petition is disposed of.
