1. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that though the challenge is made by raising an issue, which is yet to be decided in the other writ petition, in view of the subsequent event, the principal relief claimed in the instant writ petition becomes inappropriate and/or infructuous. He, thus, files a memo for withdrawal of the writ petition, which be kept on record.
2. In view of the above, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the point of law so raised, shall not be deemed to have been decided and if agitated in future, the instant order shall not stand on the way thereof.
