01.

1. The instant writ petition has been filed by the petitioner challenging the action of the opposite party No.2 in not considering his grievance and other villagers of Narayanpur under Rangeilunda Block in the district of Ganjam.

The grievance of the petitioner is that a representation was submitted before the the opposite party No.2-Deputy Director of Mines, Berhampur, Ganjam under Annexure-1 seeking to stop illegal extraction of laterite soil and stone from the Government land by the miscreants thereby causing huge loss to the Government Exchequer and environmental pollution of the area through illegal blasting and heavy transportation of stone and soil.
