1. These writ petitions have been listed along with the connected GUAP No.16 of 2025 wherein orders have been passed today after hearing the learned counsel for the parties.

2. Both the writ petitions were filed involving issues regarding admission of the child to a school for his studies. The child is born from the wedlock between the Petitioner and the Opp. Party. During pendency of the writ petitions, the child has taken admission to KIIT International School at Bhubaneswar. The Digitally Signed Signed by: RAJESH KUMAR BADHEI Reason: Authentication Location: OHC Date: 22-May-2026 19:33:27 Signature Not Verified common perception is the said school is a reputed school. Now both parents should be happy regarding schooling and education of the child.

3. This Court takes note of the fact that the child has taken admission in a school at Bhubaneswar for his education. Education is in the best interest of the child and the parents should be happy and satisfied.

The order dated 02.01.2026 passed by the learned Judge, Family Court, Bhubaneswar in C.P. No.666 of 2025 merges with today’s order passed by this Court.

4. In considered view of this Court nothing survives for adjudication in the writ applications.

Accordingly, both the writ applications are disposed of.
