ORDER
19.05.2026 Hybrid Mode
02. 1. The matter is taken up in Virtual Court.
2. Learned Additional Government Advocate refers to the affidavit dated 14.05.2026 and submits that it is ‘compliance affidavit’ filed by the opposite party against whom non-compliance of the order dated 18.11.2024 passed in W.P.(C) No.27624 of 2024 is alleged.
3. The learned Additional Government Advocate submits that though there has been some delay, the delay may be condoned taking a lenient view and the deponent tenders unconditional apology for the delay in complying with the order dated 18.11.2024.
4. Though the causes of delay or any apology is not sought for in the compliance affidavit, being persuaded by the learned Additional Government Advocate, this Court accepts the affidavit and the contempt application is dropped.
5. The petitioner shall have the liberty to seek remedy available under law, if so advised, as against the order dated 10.04.2026 passed by the Director, Municipal Administration in compliance of the order dated 18.11.2024 passed in W.P.(C) No.27624 of 2024.
