ORDER
15.05.2026 (Hybrid Mode) I.A. No.18 of 2025
01.
1. The Stamp Report dated 03.12.2024 indicates at entry 9 that correct nomenclature is ‘MATA’.
2. The I.A. has been filed, though no one is present to remove the same for conversion of the application from RPFAM to MATA.
3. In view of the Stamp Report, prayer made in the I.A. is allowed.
I.A. is disposed of.
Registry shall do the needful for change of nomenclature of the application from RPFAM to MATA.
Copy of this order shall be forwarded to the learned counsel for the petitioner by the Registry.
4. The petitioner shall have the liberty to move the assigned Bench for listing of the matter.
