ORDER
15.05.2026 Hybrid Mode
01. I.A. No.131 of 2025
1. None appears for the petitioner when the matter is called.
2. The I.A. has been filed for change of nomenclature of the petition for RPFAM to CRLMP.
No one is present to move the application when the matter is called. Stamp Report dated 03.03.2025 at entry no.9 indicates that the application be registered as CRLMP. Prayer is made in the I.A. for conversion of application from RPFAM to CRLMP.
3. In view of the Stamp Report, prayer for conversion is allowed.
4. The I.A. is disposed of.
The Registry shall do well to take steps for conversion the application from RPFAM to CRLMP. Copy
of this order shall be communicated to the learned counsel for the petitioner by the Registry.
The petitioner shall have liberty to move the assigned Bench for listing of the matter.
