ORAL JUDGEMENT

(Per : HON'BLE DR.JUSTICE J.N.BHATT)

Upon matter being called out, the learned AGP Mr. K.T.Dave submitted that the District Education Officer, Mr.H.N.Chavda and the Assistant Education Inspector Mr.P.G.Upadhyay are present in the Court. Pursuant to the direction and the applicant by passing an order, is now alloted to the school known as National High School, Sola Road, Ahmedabad. A copy of the order is also given to the applicant today through the AGP in the open Court. The District Education Officer Mr. Chavda is present and since he is on leave because of illness in the family, the charge is held by Mr.Sheth who has signed the order, which is seen by us. However, at this stage our attention is also drawn that the Higher Secondary Education Tribunal is going to decide the matter, therefore, this order is tentative and by way of ad-hoc placement until the decision is rendered by the Tribunal and the Tribunal obviously shall not be influenced by this order.

2. In view of the aforesaid observations and the directions, the Contempt Application shall stand disposed of. Notice discharged. No order as to costs.
