1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).
2. This interlocutory application has been filed by the Petitioner seeking extension of time to surrender before the court below vide order dated 30.12.2025 passed in the aforesaid bail application.
3. Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner.
4. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the Petitioner and the averments made in this application, as a last chance, the time to surrender of the Petitioner before the court below is extended to another four weeks from today subject to deposit of a sum of Rs.500/- (Rupees five hundred) in the Advocates’ Welfare Fund of the Orissa High Court Bar
Page 2 of 2. Association within fifteen days hence and furnishing money receipt thereof as proof of deposit.
5. It is made clear that, if the cost is not deposited within the stipulated time, time extended for the Petitioner to surrender shall stand revoked automatically.
6. It is further made clear that no further extension of time to surrender before the court below shall be granted to the Petitioner.
7. The I.A. is disposed of accordingly.
Issue urgent certified copy of this order as per rules.
