ORDER
23.12.2025 TRP(C) No.393 of 2024 & I.A. No.307 of 2025
02. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.
2. This I.A. has been filed for withdrawal of the transfer petition on the ground that during pendency of the transfer petition, both the parties have resolved their dispute and differences amicably and are residing together.
3. Hence, the prayer made in the I.A. is allowed.
4. Accordingly, the I.A. stands disposed of. Consequently, the transfer petition also stands disposed of.
5. Interim order dated 16.12.2024 passed in I.A. No.416 of 2024 stands vacated.
6. Office is directed to communicate a copy of this order to the Court below for information and necessary action.
