ORDER
Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that the applicant is still suffering with the disability with higher degree of disablement as he was suffering at the time of his discharge/release from service. So, the respondents may be directed to hold the Re- survey Medical Board of the applicant to re-assess his present percentage of the disability.
In view of the above, the respondents are directed to hold the RSMB,for reassessing the present percentage of disability of the applicant, within four months from the date of receipt of the certified copy of this order. If the applicant is found entitled to the disability
-2- pension, his case shall be processed further for grant of disability pension in accordance with law.
With the above direction, this matter is finally disposed of. However, it is made clear that if the applicant feels aggrieved by the administrative authorities he shall be at liberty to come to thisTribunal again against the order of the authority concerned.
The O.A.is disposed of accordingly.
