The show cause on behalf of the opposite party has come according to which, the decision has been taken and the Chief Manager, Legal Department Head Office, Patna has been informed though the 13.08.2026 letter shows that the decision was taken that the Board of Director will approve the decision Patna High Court MJC No.1546 of 2025(4) dt.21-08-2026
by September, 2026. This Court expects latest by 31.10.2026, the complete compliance will take place. Failure to do so, the petitioner will be free to file another contempt petition.
