3 21-08-2026 Heard the parties.
2. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Banka P.S. Case No.348 of 2019 for the offence punishable under Sections 324, 302 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code, lodged on 29.05.2019 by the informant Rizwani Khatoon.
3. Mr. Dhananjay Kumar Pandey, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of the petition the petitioner stands convicted and as such, the present bail application has become infructuous. Accordingly, the bail application stands dismissed as become infructuous.
