representation, I do not find allegation about commission of any cognizable offence for which cognizance could be taken by the authorities.
03. It appears, in a property dispute, the petitioner has invoked the writ jurisdiction of this Court taking shelter of letter no. 07/वविवविध (भभ सममाधमान पपोरर्टल) 64/2022-1780(07)/रमा०. dated 14.11.2024 by the Additional Chief Secretary at Annexure P/2.
04. Since the representation dated 18.11.2025 does not make out any cognizable offence, having regard to Annexure P/2, if the petitioner approaches the Sr. Superintendent of Police, Saran at Chapra or the SHO, Taraiya, Saran at Chapra with his grievance in writing, the police authorities would consider the application in light of Annexure P/2 and take necessary action in accordance with law.
