1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.
2. learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 05.01.2026 and has antecedent of three criminal cases, on which the learned APP for the State submits that from perusal of the allegation as alleged in the FIR, it would manifest that firing was resorted by petitioner causing injury to the injured who were admitted at AIIMS, Patna.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner after arguing vehemently for sometimes seeks permission to withdraw the regular bail application.
4. Permission is accorded.
