CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE HARISH KUMAR

ORAL ORDER

4 21-08-2026 None appears on behalf of the petitioner.

2. Earlier also, when the matter was called out on 14.08.2026, there was none to press this application.

3. From the record it appears that the petitioner is seeking transfer of Matrimonial Case No. 100 of 2018, preferred under Section 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act for restitution of conjugal rights, from the Court of learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Begusarai, to the Court of learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Patna.

4. Considering the fact that the matrimonial case, transfer of which has been sought for, is of the year 2018 and the application was filed in the year 2020, and now there is none to represent the petitioner and to apprise the present status, the present application stands dismissed for want of prosecution.
