ORAL ORDER
19-08-2026 Heard Mr. Sitesh Kashyap learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Mr. Murli Dhar, learned APP for the State.
2. The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Chanpatiya P.S. Case No. 47/2026 registered for the offence(s) punishable under Sections 191(2), 190, 191(3), 127(2), 115(2),118(1),117(2),109(1),111(2),351(2), of the BNS and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
3. Considering the nature of allegation made against the petitioner in the FIR and also the fact that petitioner has 14 criminal antecedents, I am not inclined to grant pre-arrest bail Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.57488 of 2026(2) dt.19-08-2026
to the petitioner. Accordingly, the present bail application stands dismissed.
