ORAL ORDER
2 19-08-2026 Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and learned APP for the State.
2. The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Marhowarh P.S. Case No. 583 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 109, 303(2), 118(1), 352, 351(2) and 3(5) of the BNS.
3. Considering the nature of allegation against the petitioner, as well as, the petitioner has given information that he has five criminal antecedents, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on pre-arrest bail.
4. The petitioner may surrender before the learned District Court and seek regular bail.
5. The bail application stands disposed of.
