ORAL ORDER
19-08-2026 Mr. Sanjay Kumar, learned Advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioner, at the very outset, prays for withdrawal of the application on account of it being infructuous in view of the acquittal of the petitioner after conclusion of trial vide judgment dated 12.12.2017 in G.R. No. 1557/95 passed by learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Railway Court, Patna.
