4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has clean antecedent. From a bare perusal of the FIR it appears that the deceased has committed suicide herself and petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case on the false allegation that the petitioner was in love with the deceased and there is no paper on the record which suggests that the petitioner was in touch with the victim and due to some ulterior motive the petitioner has been implicated in the present case.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts, petitioner has clean antecedent and as per FIR the deceased has committed suicide herself and inquest report also supports the same, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000 (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah West Champaran in connection with Sikta P.S.
