1. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this writ application on the ground that petitioner has challenged the confiscation proceeding before this Court in a criminal writ petition having Cr.W.J.C. No. 1198 of 2026 without knowledge of learned counsel Mr. Yashraj Bardhan.
