19-08-2026 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.
2. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present case to approach the Principal District & Sessions Judge, Rohtas for challenging the order dated 13.05.2026.
