There is a case and counter case between the parties as on the same day itself, the petitioner’s side has instituted a case bearing Goraul P.S. Case No. 726 of 2025 under

the

same

sections

i.e.,

u/ss 191(2),126(2),115(2),118(1),109,303(2), 351(2), 352 of the BNS against the informant of the present case and others. By referring to the order impugned, it has been submitted that the injuries, received by the injured persons, have been found to be simple in nature.

5. The submission, made by the learned counsel for the petitioners regarding the injuries being simple in nature, has not been controverted by the learned counsel for the informant. Further, petitioners undertake to maintain peace and harmony with the informant’s side and would co-operate with the investigation. It has lastly been stated that the co-accused persons of the same case, namely, Manish Kumar, Sunny Kumar, Jawahar Ray @ Javahar Rai have already been granted privilege of anticipatory bail by the co-ordinate bench of this Court vide order dated 12.05.2026 in Cr.Misc.
