2. The present petition has been preferred for the Patna High Court MJC No.1303 of 2025(3) dt.18-08-2026
following relief(s) "for initiation of contempt proceeding against the contemnors/opposite parties for their willful disobedience of the order dated 28.01.2025 passed in CWJC No.139 of 2023".
3. The show cause of the District Education Officer, Jamui is on record annexing memo no. 1166 dated 03.05.2025 by which the claim of the petitioner has been disposed of.
4. Granting liberty to the petitioner to agitate the matter, if any grievance still remains, the present contempt petition stands disposed of.
