ORAL ORDER
18-08-2026 A report with regard to the stage of the case had been called for vide order dated 28.07.2026.
2. The said report dated 01.08.2026 indicates that in the present case, now, charges have been framed and summons and bailable warrant have already been issued by the Court for securing the presence of the witnesses.
3. In such view of the matter, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present application in order to raise all his arguments at the appropriate stage of the trial.
