Let this case be listed before the appropriate Bench after obtaining due permission from Hon’ble the Acting Chief Justice. Ref: M.J.C No. 262 of 2018 No one appears on behalf of the petitioner, whereas learned counsel for the State is present.
2. In view of the Show Cause filed on behalf of the State, wherein stand of the State is that petitioner has been paid admitted salary.
3. Accordingly, with the aforesaid observation, the present contempt application stands disposed of.
