ORAL ORDER
18-08-2026 In compliance to the order dated 16.05.2019 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 9904 of 2019, a show cause notice has been filed on behalf of O.P. No. 3 (Circle Officer, Punpun, Patna) in which O.P. No. 3 has already passed the order and has informed the petitioner that online Jamabandi has been created on the basis of the revenue record, which suggest the name of Parvati Patna High Court MJC No.4974 of 2019(2) dt.18-08-2026
Devi, wife of Rajendra Prasad as Jamabandi Raiyat of the land in question and if the petitioner has any grievance against such entry he seeks cancellation of the same as he has remedy to move before the learned Court of Additional Collector, Patna.
2. In view of the above, this M.J.C. application is disposed of with the liberty to the petitioner to challenge the same before the competent authority for redressal of his grievances.
