17-08-2026 Heard the parties.
2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief/s: “for transfer of Matrimonial Maintenance Case No. 110 of 2025 pending in the Court of learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Lakhisarai to the Court of learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Munger”.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to file appropriate petition as per the office notes.
