1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Spl. PP, Mr. Sadanand Paswan for the State.
2. In Para 2 of the order dated 17.08.2026, Gaighat P.S. Case No. 30c of 2024 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 324, 506 and 504 of the IPC as well as Sections 3(1)
(r) , 3(i)(s) and 3(2)(va) of the SC/ST Act shall be read as Complaint Case No. 30c of 2024 under Sections 323, 324, 506 and 504 of the IPC as well as Sections 3(i)(r), 3(i)(s) and 3(2)(va) of the SC/ST Act.
3. The order dated 17.08.2026 is modified to the extent indicated above.
