2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief/s: “for transfer of Maintenance Case No. 23 of 2022 pending in the Court of learned Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Patna to the Court of learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Buxar”.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to file appropriate petition as per the office notes.
