ORAL ORDER
17-08-2026 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State.
2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in Korha P. S. Case No. 94 of 2026 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 109(1), 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
3. As per F.I.R., this petitioner shot in the leg of the son of informant as a result of which he sustained firearms injury.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. Petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case due to previous enmity.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail application and submitted that there is specific accusation that this petitioner shot on the leg of the son of Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.55184 of 2026(2) dt.17-08-2026
informant and has got two criminal antecedents.
6. Considering the nature of accusation, injury and criminal antecedents, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is refused.
