ORAL ORDER
2 14-08-2026 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.
2. Earlier, the prayer for bail of petitioner was rejected, vide order dated 20.11.2025 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 47749 of 2024 with direction to the Trial Court to conclude the trial preferably within one year and before expiry of aforesaid period, the petitioner has moved this application for grant of bail.
3. In that view of the matter, the prayer for bail of petitioner is rejected.
