Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner and submits that what is not in dispute rather stands admitted is that victim died within 7 years of marriage, as such presumption in law is against the husband and his family members, it is next submitted that even presuming what has been submitted by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner to be true that petitioner was working at Bengaluru and was not present at the place of occurrence when the occurrence took place, but then the petitioner being husband created condition conducive for the Patna High Court CR.
