ORAL ORDER
18-08-2026 The matter is placed under the heading ‘To Be Mentioned’ on a motion made by the learned Advocate for the petitioners.
2. This Court is apprised that on account of inadvertence in paragraph-3 of the judgment dated 13.08.2026 in place of Civil Surgeon, Bhojpur, it has been wrongly mentioned as Civil Surgeon Araria, besides the Memo No. has also been wrongly mentioned as 537 dated 07.04.2021 in place of Memo No. 284 dated 31.01.2021. Further mistake has also occurred in paragraph-7(1), wherein in place of District Magistrate, Bhojpur, it has been mistakenly mentioned as District Magistrate, Madhepura.
3. In view of the submissions aforenoted and having found no objection on the part of the learned Advocates for the Patna High Court CWJC No.20524 of 2021(8) dt.18-08-2026
respondents, paragraph-3 and paragraph-7(1) of the judgment dated 13.08.2026 stands modified to the extent indicated hereinabove.
4. This order has been passed in presence of Mr. K. K. Sinha, learned Advocate appears for the State Health Society as well as the learned Advocate for the State, Mr. Pranoy Kumar.
