1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State, Sri Ajay Mishra.
2. The Investigating Officers of the case, in compliance of order dated 28.7.2026, are present in the Court.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner, after some arguments, seeks permission to withdraw the anticipatory bail application with liberty to the petitioner to surrender and seek regular bail.
4. Permission is accorded.
5. Accordingly, the anticipatory bail application is dismissed as withdrawn.
6. The personal appearance of both the Investigating Officers of the case is dispensed with.
