1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned APP for the State and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the informant, Sri Niraj Kumar Sharma.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioners, after some argument, seeks permission to withdraw the regular bail application with liberty to the petitioners to renew their prayer for bail after framing of charge.
3. Permission is accorded.
4. Accordingly, the instant regular bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
