1. Heard learned counsel for the appellants, Mr. Radha Mohan Singh and learned Spl. PP, Mr. Sadanand Paswan for the State.
2. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the appellants after some arguments seeks permission to withdraw the limitation application as well as the criminal appeal with liberty to the appellants to surrender and seek regular bail.
