31-07-2026 Heard the parties.
2. The present application has been preferred for Restoration of C.W.J.C No. 16042 of 2025 to its original file Patna High Court MJC No.1047 of 2026(3) dt.31-07-2026
which has stood dismissed on 18.11.2025 for default due to noncompliance of the peremptory order to file notice to the respondent nos. 5 to 12 vide order dated 04.11.2025 passed on 31.03.2026 by this Hon'ble court.
3. For the reasons assigned in Paragraph no. 5 of the petition, the MJC No. 1047 of 2026 is allowed subject to payment of Rs. 500/- to Patna High Court Legal Services Committee.
4. Accordingly, the CWJC No. 16042 of 2025 is restored to its original file.
