ORAL ORDER
31-07-2026 Heard the parties.
2. The present application has been preferred for restoration of CWJC No. 1212 of 2024 which has been dismissed for non-prosecution on 25.04.2024 by this Court.
3. For the reasons assigned in Paragraph no. 4 of the petition, the MJC No. 1568 of 2026 is allowed subject to payment of Rs. 500/- to Patna High Court Legal Services Committee.
4. Accordingly, the CWJC No. 1212 of 2024 is Patna High Court MJC No.1568 of 2026(3) dt.31-07-2026
restored to its original file.
