ORAL ORDER

31-07-2026 Heard the parties.

Patna High Court MJC No.1212 of 2026(3) dt.31-07-2026

2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief(s): “for initiation of contempt proceeding against the respondents/opposite parties/contemnors for their willful and deliberate disobedience to the order dated 20.11.2025 passed in CWJC No. 9727 of 2016.”

3. Learned counsel representing the Municipal Corporation, Sasaram with the help of the Annexure 4/C to the show cause submits that the Memo No. 2312 dated 19.06.2026 has been passed by the Municipal Commissioner allowing the parties to put up their respective ‘Gomti’ in the campus of the old bus stand and so far as the claim regarding the earlier site is concerned, it touches the Judges Colony boundary which is not an appropriate place for the security point of view.

4. Grant liberty to the petitioners, if they so want to agitate the matter, the present contempt petition stands disposed of.
