ORAL ORDER
4 31-07-2026 Heard the parties.
2. The present application has been preferred for restoration of CWJC No. 23037 of 2018, which has been dismissed for want of prosecution by the order dated 06.01.2026 passed by this Court.
3. For the reasons assigned in Paragraph no. 3 of the petition, the MJC No. 1235 of 2026 is allowed.
4. Accordingly, the CWJC No. 23037 of 2018 is restored to its original file.
