31-07-2026 Heard the parties.
2. The present application has been preferred for restoration of the Anticipatory Bail Application i.e. Cr. Misc. No. 20337/ 2026 which has been stood dismissed for Default on 8.7.2026 passed by this Court.
3. For the reasons assigned in Paragraph nos. 4 to 6 of the petition, the Cr. Misc. No. 53100 of 2026 is allowed subject to payment of Rs. 500/- to Patna High Court Legal Services Committee.
